Hyatt K Street Retail and Garage

Project: Re-imaging of the retail block of the Hyatt Regency in downtown Sacramento, California

Scope: Working with Weidner Architectural Signage, we gave a city block in downtown Sacramento a fresh new look.  We started by removing an existing dated awning that ran the whole length of the block.  With that out of the way, we got to work with a rich new color palette, updated energy efficient lighting, landscape updates and new storefront armatures that incorporate an entry canopy, lighting and custom tenant signage.  View the movie below for a better look at the end result.
